This is an original Ruston Crane Navvy N0.730 cast iron sign.
With the sole makers ‘ Ruston & Hornsby Ltd. Lincoln. England.
It has been repainted at some time in a dark green and raised lettering in yellow.
Not many of these industrial and early signs/ plaques have survived particularly the crane signs.
