Original 1949-50 Pathfinder pedal car as found in original honest used condition.
It was based on the Austin 7 racing car and manufactured by the Austin Motor Company Ltd junior car factory in Bargoed, south Wales.
The Pathfinder never reached the figures of 250 per week to be manufactured and was subsequently superseded by the J40 pedal car of which over 32,000 were produced but sadly many were scrapped over time.
This example was purchased from genuine automobilia collection in Portsmouth.
